- It’s your responsibility to ensure that the details provided for shipping are clear, correct and complete and should be checked both before submitting your order and on your order confirmation email. Incorrect or incomplete addresses or failure to collect your parcel in time from the post office will result in your parcel being returned to the sender. A return-to-sender fee of $10.00 and a redelivery fee (calculated at cost) must be paid before your parcel is shipped again.

Payment
All prices listed are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax applicable. Internet banking transfer is our preferred payment method. PayPal accepts bank cards, Mastercard and VISA. Internet banking via OSKO ( OSKO instant transfer) immediate payment has become very popular and convenient. For Immediate processing, please use the OSKO banking method. (If a regular bank transfer is used, there will be a delay in the money transfer from Bank to Bank. Please make your OSKO payment directly into our bank account using the account details provided at checkout. Ensure that you include your Order ID as the payment reference.
Returns
Incorrectly ordered items – Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving it if you have ordered the wrong item. * (Our terms are you will need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item (*Aust Post tracking numbers will be used). Returned items must be sealed in their original packaging and undamaged and repacked securely, or they will not be accepted for return.
You are responsible for the shipping costs back to us and the shipping costs of the replacement item to be sent. We do not provide a refund but can offer store credit. Incorrectly sent products or damaged items – Please get in touch with us by phone within 48 hours if your product is damaged or incorrect. Please take a photo of the damage for insurance. Send back to Direct from the Therapist within seven days of receiving. Upon receipt of the damaged product, a new product will be despatched, and your postage fees will be reimbursed.

- You place your order online.
- You choose your shipping method at checkout.
- If your order is placed before 3 pm*, it will be dispatched the same day, Monday-Friday. *99% of products are in stock. If it is not in stock, we will ship it the next day, not the same day.
- If an order is placed after 3 pm, we will try to dispatch the same day. However, dispatch will be the next day, Monday- Friday.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Direct From The Therapist saying it is complete.
- You will receive your tracking number via email directly from Australia Post (be sure to check your junk mail inbox).
- If you place your order over the weekend, it will be dispatched Monday and Tuesday after long weekends.

Trackable Regular Parcel Safe Drop if no one is home; Direct From The Therapist holds no responsibility if the package goes missing from the safe drop. Please note that it will be delivered only if the driver feels safe to leave; if not, it will be taken to the local post office, and the post person will leave a calling card with a tracking number.
Signature Required Parcel A signature is required; the Parcel will not be left if no one is home to sign.
Trackable Express Parcel Safe drop if no one is home; Direct From The Therapist holds no responsibility if the package goes missing from the safe drop. Sent Express Post is endeavouring to deliver the next business day. This is from the day of dispatch, not the day of order. Please note that it will be delivered only if the driver feels safe to leave; if not, it will be taken to the local post office; the post person will leave a calling card with the tracking number.
Signature Required Express Parcel – A signature is required; it will not be left if no one is home to sign for it. If not at home, it will be taken to the local post office, and the post person will leave a calling card with a tracking number. Therefore, Express Post is endeavouring to deliver the next business day. This is from the day of dispatch, not the day of order. SAME DAY DISPATCH
Same-day dispatch if ordered before 3 pm. Please order before 3 pm, and we will try to dispatch the same day. Also, you can use the Express option to get your Parcel quicker.
PAYMENT
Method Of Payment: PayPal, Credit Card, Square and Afterpay. All these payments are secure. Refer back to the providers’ fine print for fees and policies. We offer Direct Deposit into a bank account. You can deposit via OSKO secure instant deposit for convenience and no fees. Bank Details are available at checkout. You can go into your Internet secure banking and choose the OSKO instant banking so your Parcel can be dispatched the same day.
RETURNS
Returns & Refunds We don’t refund for a change of mind on a purchase. If you have accidentally ordered the wrong product, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can make a change. (If the Parcel has already been dispatched, the Consumer will pay for postage for return and re-dispatch of the product) Damaged or Faulty Products Returns If products have arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the Parcel. Upon receiving the products, could you check that the product is correct? Everything is checked before it’s dispatched; however, if something has become damaged and faulty in transit, it must be reported within 24 of the postal received receipt date. A Printable Prepaid Barcode will be emailed to you to place on the Parcel for return. New products will be dispatched only once we have received the damaged products.

Products incorrectly sent out will be re-sent to you free of charge. Also, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving the Parcel. We will then verify with an image of the Parcel taken before dispatch. A Printable Prepaid Barcode will be emailed to you to place on the Parcel for return. A new product will be dispatched only after receiving the incorrect products. Reactions & Sustainability
Reaction to products
We suggest you only purchase products you have tried before. Additionally, we are confident there will be no reactions to your skin. Direct From The Therapist online store, we assume most consumers will be prepared to risk an adverse or disappointing reaction. While we exchange faulty products, we do not exchange just because you don’t like a product or it has caused a reaction.
All items are clearly described in sales descriptions with the ingredients listing. Being an Online store, we cannot verify the evidence of an adverse reaction to substantiate such a claim. Many lifestyle factors contribute to skin reactions; therefore, it’s trying at your discretion. Direct From The Therapist accepts no responsibility for any reactions caused by any products.
