YOUR PARCEL Refund and Returns Policy   Free shipping when spending over $100 The steps for deliveries with Direct From The Therapist Products.

  1. You place your order online.
  2. You choose your shipping method at checkout.
  3. If your order is placed before 3 pm*, it will be dispatched the same day, Monday-Friday. *99% of products are in stock. If it is not in stock, we will ship it the next day, not the same day.
  4. If an order is placed after 3 pm, we will try to dispatch the same day. However, dispatch will be the next day, Monday- Friday.
  5. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Direct From The Therapist saying it is complete.
  6. You will receive your tracking number via email directly from Australia Post (be sure to check your junk mail inbox).
  7. If you place your order over the weekend, it will be dispatched Monday and Tuesday after long weekends.

Please note that Direct From The Therapist assumes no responsibility for packages once registered at Australia Post. Trackable Regular Parcel Safe Drop if no one is home; Direct From The Therapist holds no responsibility if the package goes missing from the safe drop. Please note that it will be delivered only if the driver feels safe to leave; if not, it will be taken to the local post office, and the post person will leave a calling card with a tracking number.

Signature Required Parcel A signature is required; the Parcel will not be left if no one is home to sign. Trackable Express Parcel Safe drop if no one is home; Direct From The Therapist holds no responsibility if the package goes missing from the safe drop. Sent Express Post is endeavouring to deliver the next business day. This is from the day of dispatch, not the day of order. Express Parcel – A signature is required; it will not be left if no one is home to sign for it. Hence, if not at home, it will be taken to the local post office, and the post person will leave a calling card with a tracking number. SAME DAY DISPATCH

Same-day dispatch if ordered before 3 pm. Please order before 3 pm, and we will try to dispatch the same day. Additionally you can use the Express option to receive your Parcel quicker.

RETURNS

Returns & Refunds We don’t refund for a change of mind on a purchase. If you have accidentally ordered the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make a change. (If the Parcel has already been dispatched, the Consumer will pay for postage for return and re-dispatch of the product) Damaged or Faulty Products Returns If products have arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the Parcel. On receiving products, check that the product is correct. Everything is checked before it’s dispatched; however, if something has become damaged and faulty in transit, it must be reported within 24 of the postal received receipt date. A Printable Prepaid Barcode will be emailed to you to place on the Parcel for return. New products will be dispatched only once we have received the damaged products.

So that you know, products are sent Incorrectly

Products incorrectly sent out will be re-sent to you free of charge. Additionally, Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving the Parcel. We will then verify with an image of the Parcel taken before dispatch. A Printable Prepaid Barcode will be emailed to you to place on the Parcel for return. A new product will be dispatched only after receiving the incorrect products. Reactions & Sustainability

Reaction to products

 We suggest you only purchase products you have tried before or are confident there will be no reactions to your skin. Direct From The Therapist online store, we assume most consumers will be prepared to risk an adverse or disappointing reaction. While we exchange faulty products, we do not exchange just because you don’t like a product or it has caused a reaction. All items are clearly described in sales descriptions with the ingredients listing. Being an Online store, we cannot verify the evidence of an adverse reaction to substantiate such a claim.

Many lifestyle factors contribute to skin reactions; therefore, it’s trying at your discretion. Direct From The Therapist accepts no responsibility for any reactions caused by any products.
