Fleur De Mer Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is actually coated with microscopic capsules which protect it from elements that could reduce its stability. How do you choose between the 2 serums:

If you are a first time user and want super quick results go with the 20% serum. You could stay with this or change later to the 11% for ongoing results. If you have been using the 11% serum for some time and are happy with the results stay with this.
